Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. 💳 You can also pay with PayPal. If you choose this option, you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s site to log in and complete your payment. Once finished, you'll be directed back to our site to complete your order. 🙌
We strive to process refunds within four working days of receiving your returned item. Please keep in mind that your bank may take up to 10 working days to credit the payment back to your account. Therefore, kindly allow up to 14 working days from the date you return the item before contacting us about your refund. We’ll send you an email as soon as your refund has been processed. 😊
My Order
Yes, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, we recommend creating an account if you'd like to track your order history and save your shopping cart and payment details for future purchases. Setting up an account is quick and easy—just visit https://www.pinkisland.com.au, register, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Your order confirmation will be sent automatically to your email once your order is placed. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please reach out to us at hello@pinkisland.au to check for any issues with your email or order. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder first, as the confirmation might have ended up there.
We usually only cancel orders if there’s an issue with stock or if you’ve requested a cancellation. We apologize if your order is canceled due to an issue on our end. In such cases, we’ll offer you an alternative product and process your full refund as quickly as possible.
You can find your order number in your order confirmation email or on the packing slip included with your order. Please reference this number when contacting our customer service team.
Once you place your order, we begin processing it quickly. If you contact us right away at hello@pinkisland.au, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll ship your order, and you can return it to us if needed once you receive it.
If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact customerservice@thepinkisland.au immediately and we will happily change your address for you provided it has not already been dispatched. If it has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend the delivery address as the parcel will be the in the hands of our delivery partners.
Shipping
We offer a variety of shipping options, including:
- Standard Shipping: $10.49 (or FREE when you spend $75).
- International Tracked Delivery: $17.99 (or FREE on orders over $75) for the United States, Canada, Asia, and the UK.
Please allow 1-3 working days for orders to be shipped during non-sale periods, and up to 7 working days during sale periods (unless you select next day delivery). Rest assured, we often ship much faster than this!

All our parcels are shipped directly from our warehouse in Australia. As a result, some international orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes. For more information on customs fees, please contact your local customs office. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team via email.
Returns
We want all our customers to be happy with their orders. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).
- Please include a note with your order number and mark the items you are returning.
- All items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- For rings, the size tag must remain attached and unaltered; otherwise, the items will be returned to you.
- You can request a return or exchange via our email hello@pinkisland.com.au
- Kindly send your return with tracked shipping and keep a note of your tracking number so we can monitor the return’s progress.
Absolutely! (Subject to stock availability.) Please request your return through our portal within 14 days, and we’ll be happy to exchange it for you. Be sure to include a note with your order number and the size you’d like when returning the item, and we’ll take care of the rest!
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the item and email our customer service team at Hello@pinkisland.com.au with the details. We’ll get back to you within 2 working days. If you simply don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll happily accept it back as a return (except for earrings, which are non-refundable for hygiene reasons), as long as it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging, and with all labels attached.
