How to Layer Necklaces
Layering necklaces is about balance, not bulk.
Here's how to build a clean, wearable stack.
Start with one anchor piece
Choose a mid-length chain (40–45 cm) as your base. This sets the tone for the rest of your stack.
Add length variation
Layer shorter and longer pieces around your anchor. Aim for 3–5 cm between each chain to avoid tangling.
Mix textures, not metals
Pair a fine chain with a chunkier link or a pendant. Keep the metal finish consistent—gold with gold, silver with silver.
Keep it odd
One or three necklaces works better than two. Odd numbers create visual balance.
What works best
Fine chains, simple pendants, and minimal links. Avoid heavy statement pieces unless they're your anchor.
Styling notes
Wear with clean hoops and a simple bracelet. Let the necklaces lead.
